1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is in its original condition—unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
The item is not a custom-made or personalized product. These items are final sale and cannot be returned.
The product is undamaged, and no parts or accessories are missing.

2. Return Process
To begin a return, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending the product back. Please note that returns without a RAN will not be accepted.
Packaging the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts. Ensure it is securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.
Ship the Item Back: Use the return shipping label provided by us (if applicable). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
